To sign up for an appointment click the link below. You will need a debit or credit card and a valid government issued ID.
Medical cards cost $39 and will be emailed to you within an hour after your virtual appointment.
Start by selecting a date and time for your virtual call. You will then be prompted to enter your full name, mailing address, phone number and a picture of your photo ID. You will be asked what symptoms you are seeking a medical card for and you will be asked to agree to a cannabis disclosure form. The next page will prompt you to enter your credit or debit card information and you will receive email confirmation of your appointment within 5 minutes.
All appointments are completed via video chat. 5-10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment, you will receive a link to the email address and phone number you provide on the application. No app or download is required.
As stated before you will receive a virtual copy of your medical card which you may use immediately at medical stores. A physical copy of your card will be sent to you via mail within 7-10 days
